It’s #BellLetsTalk day today, and I thought people in the book community might want to know that reading can be good for your mental health.
Mental Health is an important issue that needs to be talked about more often. If you, or somebody you know has mental health issues, just know that there are people who are willing to help and listen, no matter how dark it may seem.
