Happy hump day fellow readers. Only two more days until the weekend!

Today I am coming to you with a few pieces of news from the book world today, all of which are worth looking in to…in my opinion.

This was an interesting article because, if you know anything about Marco Polo, he had quite the interesting travels..apparently.

Author hits back after library removes LGBT picture book from shelves

Please please please read this one. This was really eye-opening to me for LGBT representation in books.

A writing contest for students in Canada. Great opportunity for students to fine-tune their writing skills with the potential to win a prize! Definitely recommend trying this out, or sending it to a student you know about.
