Top 10 Tuesday: Bookish I Am Thankful For

Hello readers. I am coming back with another Top 10 Tuesday, and since its the American Thanksgiving weekend coming up, this week’s list is all about what I am thankful for.

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018.

It was born of a love of lists, a love of books and the desire to bring bookish friends together.

I am thankful for a lot of things in my life. I am truly blessed to be where I am in my life and have the opportunities that I have.

There is a long list of things I could be thankful for when it comes to books, but there isn’t enough to make an entire list of it, so I thought I would put them all in one list and give you the Top 10 Bookish Things I am Thankful for.

  1. Brandon Sanderson
My favourite author right now. Honestly, my fantasy collection would be pathetic without Sanderson on my shelves.
  2. Robert Jordan
He wrote my favourite book series as of now, and I can’t be more thankful for all the ideas he has given me in addition to his wonderful story.
  3. Brian Jacques
The author that made me fall in love with the Fantasy genre. His Redwall series still holds stories I cherish to this day.
  4. Audiobooks
An easy and convenient way to consume a book. I haven’t gone too deep down the audiobook rabbit hole, but they have been amazing so far.
  5. Physical Books
If you’re like me, you’ll know that there is nothing quite like owning a physical copy of a book, flipping through it page by page.
  6. Book Blogging Community
It has been amazing learning about books and eveyone’s thoughts and opinions in the Book Blogging Community. I had no idea there were so many books out there, and I thoroughly enjoy reading everyone’s posts.
Without my followers, I don’t think I would still be blogging. I am thankful for all the feedback and support they give me.
  8. Indigo/Chapters
It’s almost shameful to admit how much money I have spent in Chapters buying books I don’t need, but there is nowhere quite like it when I need to pick up a new book to read. There’s a sense of being home when I am in there.
  9. Inspiration
Whether its from other bloggers, different books, or even just natural inspiration, the Book community has given me the inspiration to write a book of my own.
  10. This Blog
I am more than thankful for this blog, and all the opportunities it has granted me. I have enjoyed it way more than I thought I would, and I am looking forward to everything that will come of this blog in the future.

What are some things you are thankful for, whether book related or not? Let me know in the comments.
